Valentine's Day Special
February 14, 2009
Here's a sampling of what we served last Valentine's Day:
Soup or salad
French onion soup au gratin baked with gruyere and parmesan cheese with a puff pastry hat or Montrachet chevre and
wild greens, hazelnut-crusted goat cheese and mix greens with raspberry vinaigrette
Entre selection
Oregon crab cake: Dungeness crab in our special mix, grilled and served with lobster sauce and coconut rice
Vegetarian phad thai: Stir fried vegetables in a coconut milk, peanut sauce and served on sautéed rice noodles
Filet mignon and tempura prawns: Bacon wrapped charbroiled aged tenderloin and beer batter shrimp served with a sweet chili sauce and potatoe croquette
New York strip oscar with bearnaise: A charbroiled New York with Dungeness crab and bay shrimp, topped with bearnaise and potatoe croquette
Slow-roasted prime rib: A Cooper Spur Favorite served with horseradish and procini jus with potato croquette
Desserts
Grand marnier créme brulee topped with fresh whip cream and berries or tiramisu with chocolate and raspberry sauce

Classic eggs benedict : beef tenderloin, poached eggs and hollandaise resting on an english muffin with hash browns
Design your own omelette: ham, smoked bacon, chorizo, roasted peppers, mushrooms, olives, sundried tomatoes, smoked salmon, cheddar, swiss, mozzarella, and cream cheese.
Cooper Spur salmon crossiant: fluffy scrambled eggs, smoked salmon lox served with hash browns
Childrens menu
Choice of one pancake with eggs, french toast, scrambled eggs w/ bacon, sausage or ham served with hash browns. Tea, hot chocolate and an assortment of fresh milk and juices also included in meal.
