Smoking and Inhalent Use Policy

We are a non-smoking resort which follows Oregon’s Indoor Clean Air Act. This prohibits smoking and the use of all inhalant delivery systems in your unit. The Oregon Indoor Clean Air Act prohibits smoking within ten (10) feet of all entrances, exits, and accessibility ramps that lead to and from an entrance or exit, windows, and air-intake vents. It also includes the use of “inhalant delivery systems.” Inhalant delivery systems are devices that can be used to deliver nicotine, cannabinoids and other substances, in the form of a vapor or aerosol. These include e-cigarettes, vape pens, hookahs, and other devices. If smoking or the use of an inhalant delivery system is detected in your room, you will be subject to a minimum fee of $250.00. You may also be held liable for any other fees originating from this use, such as additional cleaning or compensation given to other guests for their inconvenience.

Pet Policies

We have five pet-friendly units at the resort (Cabins 1, 3, 4, 5, and Homestead). There is a pet fee of $35 per pet, per stay for having pets in these units. There is a limit of two pets per unit. All other units must remain pet-free due to allergic reactions other guests may have. If a pet is detected in a non-pet-friendly unit, a $200.00 cleaning fee in addition to the $35.00 pet fee will be charged to the credit card on file for that unit. We ask that you keep your pet on a leash at all times and be aware of unexpected encounters with wildlife. We ask that you do not leave pets unattended in your unit. Please keep pets off of the furniture and beds. If additional cleaning is necessary, a $50 fee may be charged to the credit card on file. Please clean up after your pet; we have pet litter stations conveniently located outside our pet-friendly units.

Our resort has two outdoor heated hot tubs which are centrally located and are open to guests from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. Guests under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. There is no lifeguard on duty. No pets, smoking, glassware, horseplay, food, or beverages are permitted in the spa area. Management reserves the right to close the hot tubs if guests do not follow the spa rules as posted. The spa area requires regular maintenance and may be closed for cleaning during some time periods.
